About Julie Molera

Julie Molera is a senior paralegal at Robbins Curtin Millea & Showalter, where she has worked since 2011. With more than 30 years of legal experience, she has built her career in complex civil litigation and criminal defense, working in both small practices and large Phoenix law firms. She began her legal career in 1993 and has contributed to high-profile and capital cases, while also developing strong expertise in legal technology.

Julie considers civil rights work her professional calling. “Working here is not simply a job,” she says. “It’s a mission.” As the mother of two sons, she approaches every case with the belief that each client deserves dignity, compassion, and relentless advocacy.

A native of El Paso, Texas, Julie studied at the University of Texas at El Paso and later continued her education at Arizona State University. She swam competitively and has completed numerous triathlons.

Julie draws inspiration from author Michael Connelly and his character Hieronymus 'Harry' Bosch, embracing the belief that “everyone matters or no one matters,” a principle she sees as central to her work and her firm.
